Beirut has a great vibe. It's something like Gypsy/Eastern European/Brass Band with Spooky Russian Grandpa Vocals. That might not sound great, but it is. What's even better is the band is fronted by a white dude from Santa Fe New Mexico. I would like to think that whoever or whatever influnced the bands sound had a lot to do with Amsterdam. Speaking of, does anyone want to take an adventure to Holland? Because I imagine Holland sounds a lot like this:
